LABEL INGREDIENTS RED FRUIT SKIPPER JUICE: water, fruit 30% (strawberry, red grape, black cherry, redcurrant, cranberry), sugar, black carrot and blackcurrant concentrate, citric acid, vitamin c, natural flavour.

Of these sugary drinks in comparison, SPRITE seems to have the lowest sugar content and this translates into the lowest caloric beverage of the four considered, but this does not mean that it is a healthy drink, in fact I always recommend looking at the list of ingredients contained in the products because for the same kcal a product may be healthier than another. In fact, looking at the list of ingredients, SKIPPER FRUIT JUICE seems to be the best as it has no sweeteners or preservatives.

I always recommend drinking water throughout the day and consuming fresh fruit rather than fruit juices. If you just can't drink water but want to taste it, you can create flavoured waters, for example by infusing mint, lemon and strawberries. In this way you can hydrate with taste, but without sugar.
