Torna in forma is a slimming programme that you can follow in pharmacies, parapharmacies and herbalist's shops. It consists of a personalised diet plan and food supplements that will help you speed up the results.

At the end of your programme, you could lose between 6 and 12 kg, as well as several centimetres in your target areas. The weight loss will not be "all and at once", but each kilo and each centimetre will be lost at the right time to achieve a healthy and lasting weight loss. The supplements will support you by helping to control hunger, peak blood sugar and stimulate your metabolism.

Purification is the most important phase. By using supplements and the detox diet plan, the body prepares itself for healthy and lasting weight loss. The detox phase affects the liver, the crossroads of metabolism, the proper functioning of the intestines, mood, hunger and normal sleep.

Weighing food is necessary in order to ensure that you are consuming the right number of calories, which is necessary for successful weight loss. Using the food scale, we recommend that you weigh the most carbohydrate-rich foods (pasta, bread, rice, cereals, fruit) as well as the most protein-rich foods (meat, fish, cheese, cold cuts, pulses) with the utmost precision.

Although extra virgin olive oil is an excellent foodstuff, remember that it is made up exclusively of triglycerides (fats), so we advise you to dose it with teaspoons and not to add more during cooking and meal preparation.
You can season your dishes with lemon, vinegar (not glaze), garlic, onion, herbs (basil, oregano, parsley, mint, rosemary, sage, etc.) and spices (turmeric, paprika, curry, pepper, chilli, etc.).

Beware of parmesan cheese on pasta! It is a food containing fat and protein and should therefore be considered as a second course, together with pasta they make up a single dish.

You won't find weights and measures on the dietary plans, because they can be eaten freely! They can also be eaten as an appetite suppressant, so in case of hunger pangs, stock up on clean vegetables to keep in the fridge (carrots, fennel, celery, etc.).

We recommend 2-3 portions a day, always preferring fruit in season and always respecting the quantities indicated on your dietary plan.

Coffee and tea are free, as long as no sugar is added.

Water (including sparkling water), herbal teas, teas and drinks with no added sugar. No alcohol and sugary drinks: they are high in calories!

Yes, but only with light biscuits (preferably wholemeal) containing no more than 30 Kcal per biscuit.
