Tasty crumb cake

Ingredients:

  • Walnuts 200 gr
  • Greek yoghurt 3 jars
  • Jam without sugar 1 jar
  • Rice flour 350 gr
  • Bitter cocoa 50 gr
  • 2 eggs
  • Brown sugar 100 gr

 

Procedure:

Crumble the walnuts finely.

Then put the rice flour and sugar in a bowl and mix. Add the 2 whole eggs and mix with the whole mixture. Take a non-stick baking tray, pour half of the nut mixture into it and crush.

Separately, mix the yoghurt with the cocoa, then pour the mixture into the pan where you previously poured the nuts and flour. Add a layer of jam on top forming an even layer. 

Then take the remaining walnut and flour mixture and pour it over the jam layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes. Then bake for another 10 minutes at 200 degrees.

When the crumb cake is golden brown and ready, let it rest for a day.

The crumb cake is now ready to be enjoyed.
