Pasticciotti "ugly but good"

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr gluten-free flour
  • 50 gr of cornflour
  • 40 gr of stevia
  • 50 g extra dark chocolate chips
  • 1 large apple
  • 80 g of olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • raw cane sugar to taste

Bake at 180° for 15 minutes
