Bacon burger with a side of pleurotus mushrooms

For the hamburger

Ingredients:

  • 120 gr of minced turkey meat
  • 1 green courgette
  • Fennel seeds
  • Turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Preparation:

Clean and cut the courgette and then boil it. Mash the courgette and add the chopped turkey meat, salt, pepper and turmeric.

Finally cook in a non-stick pan on both sides.

For the mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg pleurotus mushrooms
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and parsley to taste

 

Preparation:

Wash and clean the mushrooms, removing the hard part of the stem. Place them in a baking dish, add 1 teaspoon of oil and bake at 180° for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Add parsley and lemon juice and serve.
