Swordfish roulade on a bed of pepper and onion

Ingredients:

  • thin slices of swordfish 110
  • breadcrumbs 50 gr
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • 6-7 cherry tomatoes
  • parsley to taste
  • 1 garlic clove
  • oil 2 teaspoons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • plenty of spices to taste
  • lemon juice

 

Procedure:

Take the swordfish slices and put some breadcrumbs (previously seasoned with salt pepper, crushed garlic parsley, oil and lemon drops) in the middle. Roll up and close with a toothpick.

Put the finely chopped peppers and onion, tomatoes, herbs to taste (I usually use oregano), salt, pepper, oil and 1 glass of water and a little wine in a pan.

Add the roulades and season to taste. Bake at 170 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
